kimchi!
Kim-jang is a complex industrial process that involves massaging cabbage and
getting a huge mess over everything. I'm happy to report that I no longer
smell like garlic and fish sauce, though I don't know if the same can be
said for my mother in law's spare room.
Three hours. Thirty pounds of cabbage.
