Also at the ComicWorld convention was a group of people with a big sign
giving out free hugs
to passers-by. I can't imagine anyone volunteering for that job at a North American
comic book convention. It just goes to show the difference between cultures and
bathing habits...
As usual there were a lot of cosplayers. I had to stop my wife from slugging Dejiko
from DiGi Charat... she's still upset over the "DiGi Charat Fantasy" game, which was
marketed as a RPG in Korea but is actually sort of an interactive novel. Next time
we go I'll bring a camera and let Eunsuk do anything she wants.
