This is something that I really saw while going to university in Corner Brook. The red light in question was the one at the end of West Street, down by the Bank of Montreal. The dog in question was an enormous husky of some kind. My first thought after seeing this was wow, that dog is a true performance artist. My second thought was that I should turn this anecdote into a cartoon. It's taken ten years, but now here it is. Enjoy.
